Valve Index Wall Mount - Horizontal holes

• Remodeled with the same idea as the profile mount, but it has two screw holes so it can be mounted horizontally with minimum footprint, while still retaining strength.
• My print is in resin, 100% infill, I've since switched to a FDM printer but didn't have the chance to reprint it yet. It should hold the Index fairly well in PLA too.
• I suggest printing it with at least a 30% cubic infill and minimum of 3 walls to be on the safe side.
• Supports are needed for the headband latch
