Description

The undead pirate - Le Chuck

LeChuck, radiates pure undead menace….

If you grew up playing insult sword fights, this piece is a small tribute to one of the greatest adventure game series ever made. With his signature black beard, piercing black and red eyes, massive pirate hat and dead crow for feathers, he is an ultimate desk top icon and conversation starter.

Perfect for:

  • Retro adventure game fans
  • Monkey Island collectors
  • Your desk, shelf, or gaming altar

NO AMS for easy printing, cut down print times and pure ease of making, no painting just some glue required to keep everything secure!

Note: When assembling the sword/hand slide the brown handle through the hand first then the knuckle sheild after, putting one of the securing pegs in one end of the handle and flexing the sheild onto the top of the handle. This keeps from damaging the fingers as they are thin, due to being skeletal. Sheild is thick enough to not break with light bending (and tough - so get those fingers ready)

Note: When assembling the head, put the top teeth on the peg using the hole, get the lower jaw into position on the beard then fit the top part of the head in place. Secure with glue, then once dried fix moustache, bandana and hat. Seperate head print profile for and AMS version of the head for those that want to print that way.

📌 Recommended printing settings:

  • Material: PLA
  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Infill: 15%
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm

supports where nessesary - I have tried to make it so all have a surface contacting the plate however due to the detail and complexity of the modeling they sometimes require alot of support, so be aware and be carefull during support removal. Use a naked flame gentley and for short intervals to clean surfaces after removal

Assembly – Recommended Method on multipart models

  • Dry fit: Assemble all parts without glue to check alignment and fit.
  • Cleanup: Lightly deburr edges and pegs where nessesary with a file/modeling tool to ensure uniform contact. All parts are tested and fit together.
  • Optional fix: Use glue for permanent assembly.
  • Small Parts can require tweasers for ease of assembley.

NOT AI, NO AI COLOUR PICS WHICH DISGUISE A POOR DETAILED SINGLE COLOUR PRINT. REAL PRINTED RESULTS!
