CUSTOM Vacuum hose adapter antitangle / swivelling

This swivelling/antitangle hose adapter is customizable here in the M.W. panel FOR MANY HOSE TYPES and any pipe port diameter possible at the other end, male or female, and for ANY ANGLE (restricted for the moment  from 0-45deg, see photos why).

It’s tested, does not leak air the way it's designed. I didn’t invent the wheel, but it’s better with those threads on the screw cap instead of 2 side flexible clips that can be easily broken. Having it this way it can also be printed in PLA, although my go to for theese is PETG HF.

The pourpose? Any vacuum hose should rotate freely without loosing air, especially in woodworking we need it the most. My print profile details and photos, and the info inside the customization panel, should be more than enough to create any possible adapter that needs to connect a hose to a pipe or to a tool. Split them into your slicer and i suggest testing first your inner ring, make adjustments to be tight fit on your hose if necessary (change pitch and thread section), reprint it, and when you’re happy, print the rest. Note that to attach this part to a vacuum hose, you most likely need to screw it anti clockwise.

OFF TOPIC :

If there are requirements that instead of the pipe port end to be something else fixed, like Festool 27mm special twisting port, or Dyson click mechanism that goes inside a V10 or V11 machines, i have the step files, i can easily “cut and combine” and share with the community. 

Also if there are requirements, i have files to connect any of the Rockler Flex Port blue rubber swivelling end (the larger 40mm one) to any pipe or to a small 27mm Festool port where it twists over the tool suction port. The Rockler retracting black hose (if you’re a fan like i am about it), will work with this kind of adapter that i posted here now, a bit tricky because the hose is retractable, but works.
