As the core tactical equipment of Operator "Echo" from "Delta Force," the Infrasound Disruptor is absolutely a hardcore gamer's dream. I have created a 1:1 physical model of this prop, not only restoring the mechanical design from the game but also incorporating charging and lighting interaction functions. Long-press to turn on/off the tactical light effect, perfectly simulating an immersive operational experience.
✨ Key Design Highlights
- 💡 Realistic Tactical Lighting Effects: The model's luminous area is specifically optimized for transparent PETG material, providing even and rich light transmission. Precisely reserved 3mm LED bead holes internally make wiring simple and easily achieve the high-brightness state from the game.
- 🧩 Modular Multi-part Printing: To ensure print success and reduce the pain of support removal, the entire model uses a scientific split design. Each part is printed independently and then assembled, ensuring structural strength and making post-processing extremely convenient.
- 🔋 Physical Interaction System: Ample space is reserved internally for electronics, capable of accommodating small charging modules and batteries. Combined with a micro switch, it achieves a hardcore tactical interaction of "long-press to turn on/long-press to turn off."
- 🎨 Details Suitable for Brush Painting: The model surface retains rich mechanical lines and chamfered details. After the main body is printed, it is very suitable for detailed brush painting using acrylic or model paints.

🖨️ Printing and Slicing Suggestions
- Main Body Material: PLA or PETG (Matte black/dark gray PLA is recommended for a more tactical feel)
- Luminous Part Material: Strongly recommend using transparent PETG. It not only has good light transmission but also provides a more natural soft light effect than transparent PLA.
🖌️ Assembly and Painting Guide
- Sanding and Dry Assembly: After printing, do not rush to glue parts together. Test the assembly tolerance of each component and whether the 3mm LED beads can be smoothly inserted into the holes.
- Brush Painting: It is recommended to brush-paint small parts and engraved lines before assembly.
- Electronics Installation: Insert the soldered LED beads into the reserved 3mm holes, organize the wiring, and secure the battery and charging module in the bottom compartment.
- Final Fixing: After confirming that the light switch and charging functions work correctly, use a small amount of model glue or 502 adhesive for final assembly.
