This custom-designed case transforms a standard Mini Bic lighter into a sleek, flip-top lighter with a satisfying magnetic open-and-close action.
This upgraded version features a smart snap-joint design: meaning no filament hinges or extra tools are required!
Simply snap the pieces together for a permanent, durable connection.
Note:
This specific model is strictly designed to fit the Mini Bic lighter.

Print Settings
•Material: PLA (A more heat-resistant material like PETG or ABS is recommended for better durability)
•Layer height: 0.2 mm (Fuzzy skin finish is recommended for a premium, smooth look)
•Infill: 5-10%
•Supports: None required
•Print time: ~1 hour
•Parts: Two printed parts (body and lid)
Assembly & Finishing Instructions
1.Snap Joint Assembly: Simply align the lid with the body and press them together firmly until they snap into place. Once snapped, the joint is secure and permanent.
2.Install the Magnets: This model uses four 3x2 mm magnets (N52 strength is highly recommended for the best snap).
3.Gluing tip: Apply a tiny drop of super glue only to the bottom of the magnet slots before inserting the magnets. Do not cover the top surface of the magnets with glue, as this will weaken the magnetic pull and prevent the lid from closing perfectly flush.

•This is a functional accessory exposed to heat, please exercise fire safety when handling.
•Small parts (magnets) may pose a choking hazard - keep away from children.
•Not certified for food contact. Use caution as with any open flame accessory.
