Description
About this Model
Designed by a veteran for veterans.
This is a high-stability medal holder specifically engineered for wearing Australian Defence Force (ADF) court-mounted medals on civilian attire, such as a suit jacket, blazer, or sports coat.
The Problem
Standard commercial medal holders are often only 100mm to 110mm tall. Because a standard suit breast pocket is significantly deeper, shorter holders allow the weight of the medals to pivot the top of the rack away from your chest. This results in sagging, "clapping" while marching, and a generally unpolished appearance.
The Solution
This holder features an extended 140mm "Deep Anchor" tail.
- Vertical Stability: The extra length utilizes the full depth of the pocket, acting as a vertical spine.
- Anti-Pivot: The leverage created by the longer plate keeps the top of your medal rack pressed firmly and professionally against the pocket welt.
- Low Profile: The mounting eyelets are positioned just 7mm from the top edge, ensuring the holder remains completely invisible behind the medal buckram.
Usage Notes
- Application: Ideal for ANZAC Day, Remembrance Day, funerals, or formal evening events.
- Compatibility: Designed for full-size court-mounted medals 85mm wide.
- Suitability: Designed for use in Civilian Suits and Service Dress (SD) tunics.
- Warning: This is NOT for use with Mess Dress.
