Let this fully cool after print (you can remove from the build plate) and rotate the hinges – NOT the pin – and then press the pin between your fingers to break the supports (don’t twist the pin – see image below). If you have filament and settings dialed in you can also gently twist the pin until you feel a little resistance (do not over twist), then twist the other way gently until it fully loosens. The hinges should move just fine. The more you play with it, the more it will loosen. PLA will work great. Some filaments will allow movement right after the print. If you have issues, please contact me and happy to help.

Things are getting a little reactive over here. This chemistry flask slider + flip fidget lets you flip between calm lab conditions and full-on experiment chaos — one side bubbling and ready to blow, the other looking like your concoction already escaped the flask. Flip it, slide it, twirl it, rotate it, twist it, and let it slip like a perfectly unstable compound.
Small enough for your pocket and quiet enough for class, work, or your secret underground lab, this one is equal parts science and satisfaction. Whether you’re into chemistry, STEM, a teacher, or just like your fidgets with a little extra explosive personality, this design is guaranteed to get a reaction — no safety goggles required (but safety always comes first).
