Metric DIN L Light Hydraulic Caps and Plugs

These are DIN Light Metric Hydraulic Caps and Plugs, they have a 24deg Taper with an O-ring seal. These are the common sizes found on many Chinese Mini Excavators.

The Sizes Included are - Recommended O-Ring Size, you need two, one for the Seal and the other is to hold in the seal Insert into the cap.

06L - M12x1.5                -    4.0 x 1.5 mm or 1/8 x 1/16"

08L - M14x1.5                -    6.5 x 1.5 mm or 1/4 x 1/16"

10L - M16x1.5                -    7.5 x 1.5 mm or 5/16 x 1/16"

12L - M18x1.5                -    9.0 x 1.5 mm or 3/8 x 1/16"

15L - M22x1.5                -    12.0 x 2.0 mm or 3/8 x 3/32"

18L - M26x1.5                -    15.0 x 2.0 mm or 1/2 x 3/32"

22L - M30x2                   -    20.0 x 2.0 mm or 5/8 x 3/32"

28L - M36x2                   -    26.0 x 2.0 mm or 7/8 x 3/32"

I printed these in PETG and I Modified the Thread for better clearance so they thread together well. They are snug and you may have to thread the parts together a few times in and out till they “Sand” themselves for smother operation.

These will obviously not hold Hydraulic operating pressure, but they are great for working on your machine to keep out dust and are great for storing or shipping parts and hoses with a dust/leak cap.
