Vent adapter Eufymake E1 - Fume Extractor + FAN

Description
I designed my own vent adapter for the Eufymake E1 UV printer with active fan inside to extract fumes using 3x inch hose.
3x inch hose also sold as 75mm diameter. 3x inch hose is ideal because it's fitting best to adapter height.
I bought 80mm fan with USB cable and speed controller but you could also use any other 80mm fan.
Modification of the hose connection part might be needed depending on the fan dimensions you are using.
The adapter was designed with 45° angle which allow to modify the direction of the hose connection.
You can easily use it to connect the hose from left, right or top side.
DIY PROJECT - USE ON YOU OWN RISK!
Smell is getting reduced a lot by using this adapter.
However i would not recommend to use the printer in living area because some smell cannot be avoided.
Always follow the safety instructions from the manufacturer.
HW needed:
- M4 heat inserts
- M4 countersunk screw with about 35mm length (depending on your fan height longer screw or screw cutting needed)
- Hose connection designed for 80mm fan with 24,2mm height. Using thinner fan require to cut the printed part.
Support & Filament & Modification:
- Vent adapter can be print without support. I used PLA but ASA or PETG should be also fine. Adding fillet with knife or file on the adapter insert help to plug the adapter smoothly.
- Hose connection need support, usage of PLA + Support Filament recommended as used in shared 3mf file
