The model is highly optimized for FDM printing, capturing sharp armor details, clean panel lines, and smooth curves.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.12mm - 0.16mm (Highly recommended to capture the fine details of the suit).
  • Material: PLA or PETG (Matte PLA looks incredible for an authentic armor finish).
  • Wall Loops: 2-3 walls for structural integrity.
  • Infill: 10% - 15% Gyroid or Cross Hatch.
  • Supports: Yes. Tree/Organic supports are recommended, particularly under the arm cannon, elbows, and overhangs on the legs.
  • Seam Position: Aligned (Back) to keep the front of the armor looking pristine.
  • Top Surface: Ironing enabled for the flattest top surfaces.
