TPU - Pipe Wrap for Friction Clamp (ie: bike)

After searching for a pipe wrap to fit a friction-clamp cup holder and coming up empty-handed, I designed this simple solution. This wrap is tailored for roughly 1-inch (22mm) diameter tubing with a 36mm width.

I’ve included tapered edges specifically to prevent the clamp from sliding during rides. Note: This must be printed in a flexible filament like TPU to function correctly; rigid materials will not provide the necessary grip or fit. It’s a quick project that prints in about 40 minutes.  Feel free to scale as needed.  

This pipe wrap works well with small metal tubes/pipes, like bikes handlebars, umbrella poles, fence posts, etc.
