Description
On older Tacomas (1st gen) and 4Runners (3rd gen), the throttle pedal can get sloppy. The first step is to adjust the cable at the throttle body, but if it's still sloppy after that, a bushing at the pedal has probably gone bad. So I made one.
This slips onto the cable at the top of the pedal, just behind the counterweight, and is a snug fit to stay put.
Pay attention to the z-height. It defaults to 13mm. I found 10mm worked best for me. Print at what you need. Leave X and Y alone.
