Description

Dugout Name Plates

I got tired of having to quickly help tball players get gear into bags, and even with bag tags, it wasn't as efficient as it could've been. I modeled these dugout organizer plates to not only show off your team players and colors, but also to help organize which bag belongs to what player. They have a chain link fence hanger on the back  for quick and easy install/removal versus clips.

Product Details

These plates feature a clean design with a customizable name and number fields with a ball icon.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm but 0.20mm should work too
  • Walls: 3
  • Infill: 10%, gyroid
  • Support/Brim: No brim needed, support needed and should be easy to pop off with top Z distance of 0.25mm

Plate Options

  • Single Plate: A dedicated file for printing one individual name plate.
  • Multiple Plate: Three plates pre-arranged on a single build surface for higher volume production. 3 plates take about 3 hours to print plus the hanger pieces on different a plate.

AMS and Colors

An AMS is required for the multi-color effect. This model supports up to 5 possible colors so you can fully represent your team branding.

Customization

The text is fully customizable. Simply use the text tool in your slicer.

Assembly

Flip the plate to the back:

                       Front                                                      Back

Place a good amount of super glue in the square hole. Just a couple of drops will not be sufficient. I got 20 of these plates put together with 1 tube of glue for reference.

Place the hanger portion SQUARE side into the slot on the back of the plate.

When finished, it should look like this on the back.

I am working on an easy way to store and carry these as well as a possible no glue option for assembly. :)
