🔑 Renault Zoe – Individual Keycard Covers (Phase 1)

Matching the vehicle, I have created various versions of a protective cover for the Renault Keycard here. It was successfully tested with a keycard from a 2013 Zoe model.

⚠️ Important Usage Note:

This case is only useful for vehicles with Keyless-Go (Handsfree), where the card can remain in your pocket.

• Attention: If you need to insert the card into the slot on the dashboard to start or charge, this case is not suitable, as the cover makes it too thick!

   

✨ The different versions:

Depending on the printer setup, I have created different profiles:

1. Graphic Edition (5 Colors): Full freedom! The car color is separately selectable without affecting details such as the windows. (Printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle required)
2. Graphic Edition (4 Colors): Optimized for 4-color printers (e.g., a single AMS). Ideal for white vehicles. This was my first version. (Printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle required)
3. Lettering Edition: Simple design with only the "Zoe" lettering. This version can also be cleanly printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
4. I have added two pictures from Bambu Studio where you can see why I only recommend the 0.2 mm nozzle for the graphic.

🛠️ Printing Notes:

• Hardware: For the graphic versions, a 0.2 mm nozzle is necessary for the fine details.
• Material: These covers are printed entirely from PLA by me.
• Post-processing: I briefly and cleanly deburred sensitive areas with my deburring tool.
