Fire Department Traffic Safety 1:16

This set includes common equipment used by the fire department (in Germany) for securing incident sites

Of course, there is a much wider selection of traffic safety material, but for now, I have limited myself to the equipment we use and that is commonly found in fire department literature

All models are kept at a scale of 1:16 and have been recreated as faithfully as possible to the original, as far as was structurally feasible
I am aware that the scale chosen is large, but especially for training purposes, it was important to me that the equipment is clearly visible and durable

Due to the scale used, the set can also be combined outside the fire department with various toy manufacturers such as Bruder (1:16) or Playmobil (1:18 / 1:22.5)

Publication of the designs in a different scale by third parties is not permitted

The following models are available:
- Traffic cone with base 500mm
- Traffic cone with base 750mm
- Traffic cone without base 500mm (Orange)
- Folding triangle 900mm
                - Inscription "FEUERWEHR" (FIRE DEPARTMENT)

                - Inscription "UNFALL" (ACCIDENT)
- Folding triangle 700mm
- Warning triangle
- Portable triple strobe light
- Flashing light
- Clip-on flashing light (for traffic cones)
- 360° LED ring (for traffic cones)

A 3D printer with AMS (max 4-color printing) is required for all designs

The folding triangles consist of three identical parts. These must be glued together. The easiest way is to lay the three parts flat on a table and then fix them with tape along the edges to be glued. After applying the adhesive, the 3 parts are "folded" into a tetrahedron and secured with more tape for drying. This worked perfectly for me

The warning triangle consists of two parts (sign and base). Both parts must be glued

Soon, more material tailored to this set will be available for fire department training
