This is a manual solder paste & UV solder mask extruder specifically optimized for 3D printing, compatible with standard 50g solder paste syringes, requiring no metal parts and entirely 3D printable
Features
- Optimized for FDM printing, no supports, easy to print and disassemble
- Utilizes mortise and tenon, snap-fit, and pin structures for strong and secure connections
- Operable with one hand, squeezing the handle with the index finger dispenses solder paste
- Compatible with 50g solder paste, UV solder mask, and similar syringe packaging
Simple assembly, most parts require no tools, a few tight-fit pins can be gently pressed into place. Ideal for precise dispensing of solder paste and UV solder mask during electronics production, SMT assembly, and PCB soldering
