Hex Holder

A modular hex-based storage system for pegboards - designed to keep bottles and cans organized, accessible, and perfectly aligned.

Built as a snap-fit system, each module clicks into the next, making it easy to expand your setup while maintaining perfect spacing and structure.

Assembling Guide

1. Place the first module straight on your board
2. Press and hold it firmly while starting to screw it in
3. Pre-drilling is recommended for easier and more precise mounting
4. Insert connector plugs into the mounted module
5. Click the next module into place
6. Press and hold, then screw it down
7. Continue expanding your setup

💡 Tips:

• Use 2 plugs when possible for best alignment
• Using 3 plugs at once can make snapping harder

Recommended Hardware

• 3.0 × 15 mm wood screws (used in this build)

Quick Print Info (Recommended Settings)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 2
• Infill: 5-25%, mine at 5% is still going strong
• Material: PETG recommended (PLA works but may degrade over time)
• Supports: Tree supports ON (only generates under plug holes)
• Orientation: Back side down on build plate

💡 The model uses exact diameters, with an added 0.25 mm tolerance built in, ensuring a reliable fit for real-world use.
