📦 Modular Threaded Container System

This is a modular storage container system with multiple lid and height options. I designed these to have smooth, auto-centering threads and reliable print tolerances for everyday use.

✨ Included Variations (See Print Profiles)

• Heights: 50mm and 100mm containers.
• Lid Styles: Standard (flat top) or Stackable (features a recessed ring to securely stack containers on top of each other).
• Seal Types:

  • With Gasket: The lid has an engineered groove. Requires printing the included gasket ring in TPU (90A or 95A) for an airtight face-seal.

    Important: After printing, simply apply a small amount of adhesive to the TPU sealing ring and press it into the groove so that it stays securely in place when the container is opened.

  • Without Gasket: A standard flat lid. Choose this if you just want a quick storage box and do not want to use flexible filament.

🖨️ Optimized Print Settings

The included print profiles are pre-tuned with the following settings:

• Customizable Grip (Fuzzy Skin): The outer walls of the containers and lids are painted with a 'Voronoi' Fuzzy Skin modifier for better grip. If you prefer a different look, you can easily change the fuzzy skin pattern/thickness in Bambu Studio, or simply delete the painting entirely for a completely smooth container.
• Smooth Threads: Base overhang speeds on the threads have been halved to ensure they print cleanly and screw together without catching.
• Infill: 8% Gyroid.
• Supports: Normal Auto (Buildplate Only). (Note: This is only required for the Stackable Lid to cleanly bridge the alignment ring).
