Honda Cr 125 ignition crankcase cover compatible with models from 1997 to 2007.

Specifically designed for this model in 2 pieces, to facilitate flywheel removal or, in case of a fall, only the cover needs to be changed.

On the upper cover, in my case, I engraved an M in italics, but in the file, the cover is completely smooth so that any letter or logo can be engraved.

The recommended material for the A1 mini printer is high tenacity PETG, to have greater resistance to high temperatures. The already tested structure remains very solid even during prolonged movement.

Installation is very simple as it is identical to the original crankcase cover, no modifications are needed.

For fastening the cover, you just need to fit the two nuts inside the crankcase cover once printing is finished.

The color in the photo between the crankcase cover and the lid is different because it was printed with two different PETG materials to test the resistance.

Required materials

  • 2 x M 6 x 12 mm screws (crankcase fastening)
  • 2 x M 6 x 10 mm screws (cover fastening)
  • 2 x M 6 nuts (cover fastening)
