2013 Mac Pro (Trashcan Mac) Stand, With Air Vents

Made a few modifications to the base model.

First, I added a platform in the middle to obstruct most of the fan.

Second, I added curved air slits around the platform (and a central hole for…some reason) to make sure that the airflow is going to the vents on the edges of the Mac Pro's base.

Third, I shrank the “feet” pieces slightly, as it was impossible to get them inserted in my first attempt. Now they insert with almost no resistance and will stay inserted without falling out, but just barely. It might be worthwhile to use adhesive to keep them in place.

Ignore the two-tone color of my model; I miscalculated how much white filament I had left and had to sub in black when it was about 90% done.

The second file called “cutout-version.stl” is an alternate version where the entire piece over the fan has been removed, if you have a taller 120x120mm fan . However, I make no promises in regards to fit or cooling efficacy with those modifications (it should still be structurally sound, though).
