I found syringe holder models on Maker World but none had all the features I wanted. I designed this version that can hold two 10ml syringes, two 5ml syringes, and two 2.5ml syringes, accounting for the clips on the syringes used where I work. I added an ampoule opener, not beautiful but functional in an emergency. At the end, I added a syringe cone so that a needle can be secured when in use; it's not sterile, but it prevents needles from wandering around with the risk of injury if the cap is removed. I then added a card holder to keep identification cards (ID card or health card) in a universal Italian format. It is completed with a clip to hang it on a uniform/tool pockets or to hold printed ECGs or similar. Alternatively, for fastening, there is a hole for a cord.

I printed it in PLA and it works, the clip only tends to widen slightly, using the strength profile and enabling supports. It would probably print well in PETG or other materials, but I didn't have colors I liked for this project to try, so PLA is fine for me.
