X-lock universal bike phone mount - quick, rotable

Print out a phone mount for your bike or motorcycle featuring the practical and reliable X-lock system.

Standard and Minimalist versions are available. In every printprofile there are both plates (Minimalist and standard version). 

• The standard version includes the handlebar mount itself and a classic phone stand with x-lock ready mount.

   

• The minimalist version includes the handlebar mount itself and only a x-lock ready platform that attaches directly to the phone.

For the Standard version, the minimum phone size is 58 x 145 mm and the maximum size is 88 x 173 mm.

The included print profile also contains a set of three handlebar spacer shims with diameters of 22.2 mm (0.875 inch), 25.4 mm (1 inch), and 28.5 mm (1.125 inch). You can easily mount the phone mount on handlebar diameters ranging from approximately 22 mm to 32 mm.

If you assemble the mount according to the included installation instructions, your phone will always be exactly parallel or perpendicular to the handlebars.

The phone mount itself is adjustable and has 16 positions (every 22.5 degrees).

Printprofile optimized for PETG. If you use material with carbon or glass fiber the tolerances will be a bit tighter in my experience.

I tried to design the mount with strength in mind as well.

Simple users manual:

• Adjust the base angle of the bracket by loosening the M5 screw. Pull out the star-shaped locking mechanism, move it to the desired position, and tighten it.

• 

• You can further adjust the angle of the phone itself using the X-lock mount. To do this, loosen the locking nut at the bottom, pull out the entire X-lock mechanism, set the desired position, and secure it with the locking nut at the bottom.
