Scared Luigi - High Efficiency (No AMS)
Print Profile(3)

Bill of Materials
Description
This model captures Luigi's iconic expression of terror. The design has been meticulously optimized for multicolor printing on my Bambu Lab P1S, aiming for maximum aesthetic quality with minimum material waste
🚀 Why download this model
- Extreme Efficiency: Only 5g of waste (poop) out of a total of 80g of filament
- Perfect Organization: The project is already divided into 8 plates ready for printing, one for each color
- Superior Quality: Thanks to variable layer height, the curves of the face and hat are incredibly smooth
- Authentic Cartoon Look: Designed for a "lively" finish with small manual touches (only the eyes and the inside of the mouth are painted black)
📦 Plate Organization (8 Total Plates)
I have divided the .3MF file so that you can easily manage colors, even without AMS:
- Blue: Overalls
- Brown: Shoes, hair, and sideburns
- White: Gloves and eye details
- Green: Hat and shirt
- Yellow: Overalls buttons
- Black: Mustache and eyebrows
- Red: Tongue (single piece)
- Beige: Head

🧩 Assembly and Finishing Instructions
- Cartoon Detail: To achieve the style you see in the photo, I hand-painted the bottom of the mouth and the pupils of the eyes black (acrylic or paint marker). This step is crucial to give that "Disney/Nintendo style" depth, or you can select the second print profile for eyes to print and assemble
- Legs and Shoes: Glue the brown shoes to the blue base
- Torso and Arms: Glue the green arms and white gloves
- Head Assembly: Place the mustache, eyebrows, and tongue on the beige face, then cover with the green hat
- Final Union: Secure the head to the body with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue
📸 Author's Notes
The use of variable layer height at 0.08mm on curved areas (like the nose and hat) eliminates the annoying steps of 3D printing, giving the model an almost resin-like appearance
📸 Print Profiles
I have uploaded 2 distinct profiles based on your needs. The first with white eyes so you can paint them (to add nuances and microscopic details), and the second for those who want to print and assemble the eyes without painting
If you print it, upload a photo! I would love to see your result and know if you used different colors
Happy printing, Maker!
