This corner radius router jig is designed to be simple, robust, and fast to use, completely eliminating screws and hardware.
The inserts attach to the base using a precise snap-fit system, reducing part count and making setup quicker and easier.

Ideal for handheld router woodworking, this jig ensures clean, repeatable corner radii with minimal effort.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

  • Recommended material: PLA / PETG
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15-20%
  • Orientation optimized for strength

⚠️ Note

The inserts are designed for a precise snap-fit.
If your printer tends to over-extrude, slightly reduce flow for best results.
