This is a large, fully parametric storage box designed in Shapr3D, created specifically to organize and protect your Revopoint Inspire 2 scanner and its accessories. The design focuses on modularity, durability, and efficient space usage, making it suitable both for storage and transport.

Base (without lid):

Lid:
300 × 315 × 50 mm
The lid matches the base footprint and features a lip design to help reduce dust and light splashes entering the box (not waterproof).
Internal Layout & Functionality
The interior is designed as a modular, multi-level storage system:
- Main inner space: 260 × 260 mm
- 4x removable stackable trays:
- Size: 246 × 246 mm each
- Standard height: ~40 mm per tray
- Top tray clearance: ~60 mm
- Bottom compartment (below lowest tray): ~105 mm
Concept:
- The bottom compartment is intended for larger or less frequently used items.
- The upper trays are ideal for smaller parts, tools, or frequently accessed components.
- All trays are independent and optional — you can use as many or as few as needed.
- Each level is marked for correct orientation and stacking order, so reassembly is straightforward.
Material & Printing Notes
- Recommended material: PETG
(chosen for impact resistance, slight flexibility, and durability) - Estimated filament usage: ~3.5–4 kg (depending on settings)
- Designed with tight tolerances due to parametric construction
- Best suited for well-tuned printers with stable dimensional accuracy
Assembly Hardware
You will need:
- 4× M5 × 100 mm screws + 4× nuts (main structure)
- 2× M5 × 40 mm screws + 2× nuts (lid / handle)
Additional Features
- Splash-resistant lid lip (not airtight or waterproof)
- Optional TPU feet:
- Can be printed separately and glued to the bottom
- Improve grip and reduce slipping

- You do not need to print all trays — customize based on your use case

- PETG is strongly recommended over PLA for long-term durability
