Many screen hoods require flipping out the screen to use, but I personally rarely flip out the screen for daily camera use.

So I simply designed this screen hood that attaches via the hot shoe.

Of course, due to the hood's obstruction of the view, you won't be able to take photos with the camera placed on your chest or similar positions, as you won't be able to see the screen at all.

The material needs to be black. Although gray, like in my picture, can also be used, you will find it to be slightly translucent.

The hot shoe cover part uses Daniel Rauber's design. However, because vertical folding seemed to cause significant precision differences, I made some minor size adjustments. Due to differences in materials and printers, there might still be variations in tightness.
