Description
This birdhouse is inspired by classic log cabins made from tree trunks.
It is designed for birds. The front area is protected from wind and rain.
Inside, there is a chimney for air circulation. You can attach a ribbon to it; there is a brace provided for this and a pass-through in the chimney roof so that everything hangs straight.
The nesting place consists of two parts. A nesting bowl and an extra layer underneath so that warmer air cushions can form below it and the chicks don't freeze. Ideally (different in the profile), you would print this from TPU. However, everything made from PETG or PLA is also OK.
The roof is simply pushed on from the front and then holds firmly. Everything is specifically designed so that no glue is needed and the house can be “cleaned” and reused after the season.
