Recommended Materials & Assembly

Since this rack is often exposed to high heat and direct sunlight, I highly recommend printing this in SUNLU ASA. It is incredibly UV-resistant and won't warp in the sun like standard PLA. For indoor garage use, SUNLU PETG is an excellent, high-strength choice.

For the modular assembly, you want a bond that can handle vibrations from a moving vehicle. I recommend ARKA KRAFTPROTZ UNIVERSAL Superglue for the dovetail joints. Just a small amount will ensure the rack stays as one solid unit forever.
