⚙️ How to Use / Como Usar

1. Customize the Model / Personalizar o Modelo
Open the model in the Customizer and edit the parameters:

Change the name text
Choose the base letter
Select fonts
Adjust position and size if needed

2. Adjust Position (Optional) / Ajustar Posição (Opcional)
Fine-tune the name placement using X, Y, and rotation controls for the best fit inside the letter.

3. Select Output Mode / Selecionar Modo de Saída

Preview → shows assembled result
Export → separates base and mirrored name for printing
Export

4. Export and Print / Exportar e Imprimir

Export the model in Export mode
Print base and name separately
No supports required

5. Assembly / Montagem

Press-fit the name into the base.
A small tolerance is included for easy fitting.

How do I avoid this? When I use split in BS it doesn't separate the parts under the M

you should export it like this, and then when it's already in the slicer you separate it into objects or pieces and from there you just put one on each print plate

Splitting into pieces doesn't do anything and when I splt into object the pieces that overlap are not split (MIS) are the only letters that split from the M. It only happens when the letters are overlapping. I can do other letters and as long as the letters don't overlap the name it works perfect. I have made the M base 130 size (the smallest it will go) and the name still overlaps the M

For the base do you have any solution to make letters with a round base on the bed like the letter S
