📏 Dimensions & Print Parameters

• Base Diameter: 190mm (Large Display Version).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm (Optimized for this scale).
• Nozzle: 0.4mm.
• Scalability: Fully scalable. If downscaling for a single 90mm mini, it is highly recommended to drop the layer height to 0.12mm or 0.08mm to preserve the sharpness of the skulls and rope textures.

⚙️ The "Negative Fit" Workflow (Pro Tips)

To achieve the professional recessed look seen in my models:

1. Import both this Base and your Character STL into Bambu Studio.
2. Position the character exactly where you want them on the base.
3. Right-click the Character model and change the type to "Negative Part".
4. The slicer will now subtract the character's footprints from the base.
5. Print separately for the cleanest results. For a live example of this setup, check my Zoro project, where I provided the 3MF file with the negative primitive already configured.

🛠️ Support Management

Due to the organic complexity of the skulls and the wooden post, Tree Supports are mandatory. Be extremely careful when removing supports from the intertwined ropes and the Jolly Roger logos on the rim to avoid micro-fracturing the surface detail.
