THE MODEL :

This design stands out with its two symmetrical blades, entirely covered in acanthus scrolls and chiseled arabesques. The centerpiece features an ornamental crest that unifies the weapon with regal elegance. In matte black, it evokes a ceremonial weapon for a high-ranking Fantasy dignitary or a centerpiece for a sophisticated armory collection.

Proven print settings :

• Material : Matte Black PLA.
• Infill : 5% (perfect for a lightweight decorative wall piece); can be increased up to 15% to improve overall rigidity and give the object a sturdier feel.
• Nozzle : 0.4 mm.

Maker's Tip : This double axe is designed to be a focal point. Mount it horizontally above a doorway or a bookshelf. Its perfect symmetry and Baroque details catch the light beautifully, creating a striking visual depth on your wall.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
