🔧 Description
The project was prepared with multi-profile files + separate single models for each diameter (the indicated measurement refers to the internal diameter of the pipe to be connected), so you can:
- print all fittings in a single print
- print only what you need
- avoid manual modifications to the plate
- quickly choose the most suitable diameter for your pipe
Set consists of 3D printable 1/2'' male hose barb fittings, designed to connect pipes of different diameters with good compatibility to standard fittings.
The package includes the following measurements referring to the internal diameters of the pipe to be connected:

Ø8 mm
Ø10 mm
Ø12 mm
Ø14 mm

Ø18 mm

Ø22 mm
Ø24 mm

The pipe insertion area is designed with spaced hose barb profiles, designed to:
✔ improve grip on the pipe
✔ prevent slipping under pressure
✔ allow correct tightening of the clamp, which can work between the teeth without deforming the fitting
This geometry allows for a more secure and stable fastening even with soft tubes.
⚠️ Print Notes
To improve adhesion to the build plate, I added small supports at the base of the model.
✔ They are needed because the contact surface is reduced
✔ If the plate is not perfectly clean, the part might detach
👉 The supports are not structural, so you can remove them or deactivate them if you have good adhesion (clean plate, glue, PEI, etc.)
⚠️ Attention
Not suitable for high pressure, hot water or critical systems.
To improve sealing, the use of PTFE tape (Teflon) is recommended when necessary.
