  • This model features a set of simple yet robust connectors designed to build shelves using pipes. The dimensions can be adjusted to fit the outer diameter (OD) of your pipes, offering great flexibility for various DIY environments.

  • 3-Way Pipe Shelf Connector: Ideal for creating corners or branch structures by joining three pipes.
  • 4-Way Pipe Shelf Connector: Perfect for building stable frame structures by joining four pipes.

  • Parametric Design: Easily adjustable dimensions to fit any pipe diameter.
  • 3D Print Only: Designed for strength using only 3D printed parts—no extra metal hardware required.
  • Versatile Use: Great for DIY projects like shelves, storage racks, workbenches, and more.

< Printing & Assembly Tips >

  • Tolerance: I recommend setting the inner diameter of the hole about 0.2mm to 0.3mm larger than your pipe's outer diameter.
  • My Setup: I used a 0.3mm clearance, which provided a snug and stable fit without needing any glue.
  • Reinforcement: If the fit feels loose due to printer tolerances, a small amount of super glue or epoxy will ensure a rock-solid connection.
  • "Designed with internal voids to save material and reduce printing time."
  • "The thickness of the internal structure varies depending on the depth of the hole."
