Compact travel case for the Xmax Pro V3/V4

Make sure you select the correct print profile for the v3 or v4 depending on which vape you have.

I've designed my own travel case for the Xmax Pro V3 that aims to be as compact as the vape itself. I found myself wanting to take the vape around but no good way to carry it.

This case has a fitted slot for the vape, a chamber for 4x caps with a sliding mechanism that makes it easy to retrieve them from the case. With one cap in the vape itself, there is space for a total of 5 caps.

There is also a secondary chamber for your spent caps. My initial design has the sliding mechanism for this chamber too but I found that I would get confused (when in a different mental state) between which chamber has the spent caps. So I removed the sliding mechanism, adding friction to that process and naturally making you use the correct chamber.

The case itself can be printed in PLA, with 2x TPU inserts to provide padding for the vape. Please make sure that the vape and caps have cooled down before putting them into the case.

The clasp itself has been tricky to design and I found variations between different filament brands. I personally use Overture and Elegoo and I found Overture to produce nicer results by a tiny margin. Please leave some feedback in the comments about how the clasp is working for you, I'm open to making adjustments.
