Here is the latest version of my zero-clearance insert. However, it is for a maximum one-inch dado blade

I wanted to make it so that we have a central plate and inserts that would be changed instead of the entire plate. This would reduce print time and also the amount of filament used

I also used PETG at first and one in PLA, and the latter inserted less easily than the PETG one. I strongly recommend making it in PETG. I used 45% infill for these and 3 outer walls

I used ABS glue to join my main plate. The insert is one piece. At first, I had made it in two pieces, but it proved difficult to change and separated at the joint. Hence the idea of making it in one piece. If you position it at 45 degrees on the print bed, it is very snug but still works

Otherwise, what else is there to say. It's really not complicated

Merci ! ------- I have a Rigid 4512 table, saw, and this looks like a great solution for both regular and dado blades. Is there any chance of getting an STL of the central plate in one piece? I have an H2D and my factory throat plate fits well within the confines of the right and left nozzle build areas. Thank you!
