Print Profile(2)

Description
This minimalist Spring Figure is a modern, clean desk toy inspired by the Scandinavian design tradition and created as a small tribute to Danish designer Gustav Ehrenreich, the mind behind the original joyful bouncing characters.

This is a V2 version of my original Spring Figure – redesigned to print better, faster, and NO AMS.
Improvements:
• NO AMS
• Smoother layer finish
• Much better support settings (easier removal, cleaner result)
• Faster print time
• Improved overall look and proportions
The goal with this version was to make it more reliable to print while also improving the final appearance straight off the bed.
Assembly:
The eyes are designed to be press-fit into the openings – no glue required.
Keep in mind that different filaments may vary slightly in tolerance, so minor scaling (±0.5%) might be needed for a perfect fit.
Tested using original Bambu Lab filament.
Print settings:
Prints very nicely at 0.12 layer height.
Included print profiles:
• 2-plate version (eyes separate from main parts)
• 4-plate version for best print quality
This is a redesigned version – not just a new print profile.
⚠️ Notes & feedback:
The spring works as intended, but there is still room for improvement.
If anyone has tips on how to make it even smoother, I’d really appreciate the input.
Support settings are tuned to be quite light for easier removal.
Feel free to adjust them to your preference and share feedback.
