Ramadan Decorative Modern Fluid Flame Fanos
A Lanterns that blends Islamic geometry with architectural fluidity.
As an architect, I wanted to reimagine the Ramadan "Fanous" lantern through the lens of Neo-Futurism. The design features a seamless transition—morphing from a traditional octagonal Islamic base into a fluid, uni-body smooth design with a distinctive 'flame' twist at the top.
It truly comes to life when printed in Silk PLA for a metallic sheen, or semi-translucent materials to showcase the internal light glow.
Specifically designed for Spiral Vase Mode with a single 0.56mm wall, the geometry allows light to pass through most common filament types. Every line is crafted to interact with light, casting dynamic, flame-like shadows that bring the spirit of Ramadan into the modern age.
There are 3 profiles, all are to be printed in Sprial vase mode:
1- To be used with Bambu Tea Light Candle Set - 214mm in height
2- To be used with Bambu LED Lamp Kit - 250mm in height
3- For decoration Without any lighting - 250mm in height perfict for silk PLS which is not transulacent
Printing can be really quick, easy, no supports, no AMS, just print and enjoy.
