Line 'Em Up: Modular Pistol Rack v4
Print Profile(10)

Description
Version 4.0
Improvements in version 4.0:
- Rebranding this model as the Line 'Em Up system.
- Minimal small parts.
- Use the MakerWorld Customizer to make your own toppers and magazine sled. The universal topper was a little flimsy and prone to deform after repeated use.
- Main tower supporting the pistol has tight tolerances but the sled can still be easily moved. Lock it in place witht he tab lock.
- Topper retention pin is thicker and makes solid contact with the tower base. Can be easily removed without fully taking the whole thing apart.
- Tower base labels can be pushed from the back to remove without marring them.
- All components are based on a 7mm unit size. The length of the trays and sleds are multiples of 7mm.

Customize with logos:
I like putting logos on things which can be done in Bambu Studio.

You can right-click on a surface to “Add Part” or “Add Modifier”. Select your preferred SVG file with image you want on the part.

Rotate and position the SVG on the face. You can scale the image using the slider in the settings next to the “Size” box. Also be sure to change the depth. It defaults to 10mm. My models have a 1mm raised logo.

When you change the Process viewer to Objects, the SVG shows as a separate item. You can change the color of the entire SVG here. It takes several clicks on the filament to get the dropdown choices.
What to print:
- Choose a tray size. All tray print profiles are prefixed with (A). Several variants available based on your print bed size (see table below).
- Choose a base tower from “B. Tower Bases”
- Choose a topper from “C. Tower Toppers”
- Optionally choose a magazine sled from “D. Mag Sleds”

- Set either UseChamfer or UseFillet to “1” to indicate how the deck edges will be rendered. Fillets are rounded for pistols without dust covers.
- “Deck ChamferFillet” are used with either option
- Set the Tower Base Height to whichever one you need from the “B. Tower Bases” print profile. I found that small concealed carry pistols need the 30mm height; compact 3-4 inch barrelled pistols need the 50mm height; and full size 5-inch barrel pistols and revolvers need the 65mm height.
- Deck Height and Overall Tower Height are calculated from ground, which includes the height of the tower base.

Magazine sleds:
| Mag Sleds | Depth | Width | Gap | Radius Front | Radius Rear | Height |
| 1911 | 35 | 14.2 | 8 | 5 | 1.5 | 40 |

I used a tool like this RadGauge to help determine the front and rear edges of my magazines.

I could not use the name or logo of this manufacturer since one of my models was taken down by their request.
