Design Concept
This articulated assembly toy radio is designed for fun interaction and educational entertainment. Its colorful design is inspired by vintage radios, optimized for child-friendly play and easy operation.

Purpose
This toy radio model can serve as both a children's developmental toy and an educational tool, helping children explore assembly and mechanical principles, enhancing motor skills and creativity.

Printing Suggestions
For best results, it is recommended to use PLA or ABS material, with a layer height of 0.1-0.2 mm. An infill rate of 20% is recommended, and supports are required for delicate parts.

Assembly Instructions
Each radio component features an intuitive assembly design, with parts that can move independently. Two areas require rubber bands to act as elastic and belt mechanisms; refer to the example diagram for installation. Different colors can be chosen for printing parts of the model to achieve a better effect. For the moving mechanism, rubber bands with a diameter of about 2mm should be chosen, with two pulleys at each end. After inserting the sliding pointer into the rubber band, hang both ends on the two pulleys. If the pulley with the knob is loose, a little glue can be used. The two pulleys differ slightly in size, so pay attention when installing. The radio antenna uses a piece of filament. You can cut it to the appropriate length.

Tips:

1 Due to differences in materials and printer types, print quality and tolerances may vary. After printing, if you find that the fit is too loose or too tight, you can scale parts of the model as needed.

2 If some connections are loose or fit too tightly, you can use some glue to secure them, or sand down the corresponding parts.
