Description

Minimalist Water & Sand Mill

A simple and functional toy for the sandbox or bathtub, designed for smooth operation and ease of printing. The model features a funnel, a dual-level paddle wheel system, and a stable base.

Key Features:

  • Minimalist Design - no unnecessary ornaments, pure form focused on mechanics.
  • Double Action - sand or water passes through two sets of blades for longer interaction and more fun.
  • Stable Construction - wide base prevents the mill from tipping over while pouring.
  • Print-Friendly - optimized for 3D printing with minimal to no complex supports.

Printing Settings:

  • Material: Recommended PETG (for water and UV resistance) or PLA.
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
  • Infill: 10-15%.
  • Assembly: Snap-fit design – no screws or hardware required.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Insert the two support posts into the base.
  2. Slide a washer, the impeller, and another washer onto the axle.
  3. Mount the impeller assembly into the designated slots on the posts.
  4. Repeat the process for the second impeller.
  5. Place the top cover plate with the hole onto the posts.
  6. Screw the funnel into the top cover.
