Golf Ball Picker System

Description
Golf Ball Picker System
I got tired of picking up balls.
The Golf Ball Dispenser Pro solved the dispensing part, but not the part where you walk around collecting everything after a session. At the range that’s not a problem. At home, it definitely is. And my kid isn’t always available for “help”.
So I made this.
What it is
A fully 3D printed golf ball picker.
A long tube with a nozzle that grabs balls straight from the ground.
It works on its own, or as part of the system.
How it works
- Push the nozzle onto a ball and it feeds into the tube
- Holds around 10 balls easily
- Add more or stronger rubber bands and you can hold more, but it takes more force to pick up balls
To empty:
- Pour from the top
- Or use the handle on the nozzle to release balls directly into a bucket
- Or straight into the Golf Ball Dispenser Pro
Yes, it’s a full ecosystem now.

Rubberbands around the nozzle.
Modular tube system
The tube prints in sections that screw together, so you can adjust the length.
- Tube lengths: 175 mm and 250 mm
- Example setup: 4 × 250 mm tubes
Prints on A1 Mini, but longer sections work better on larger printers like P1S.
Print details
- Fully 3D printed
- Only requires rubber bands
- No supports
But then it escalated
I made a stand for it.
And then it turned into another dispenser.
Picker Stand Dispenser
Place the picker upside down in the stand and use the pedal to release balls.
- Dispenses around 2 balls at a time
- Can release more if the tube is very full, lets call it a feature….
- More consistent when you get lower in the tube
For me, the last 8 balls come out two at a time, which is exactly what I wanted.
A1 Mini printprofile need support.
Assembly
Just snap on the pedal from the top, add rubberband like this (its in the hole):

Stability options
If your surface is uneven, there are optional snap-on legs/adapters with holes for screws.

Or just do what I did and drop a bolt (image above) into a gap in the floor to keep it from moving.
Filament usage
If you print a full setup like shown:
- Just under 1 kg of filament
Why I made this
The dispenser solved hitting.
This solves everything around it.
Pick balls. Load system. Hit again.
Done.
