Description
A clean, minimalist block "Y" set inside an oval frame — a simple tribute to the iconic Y on the mountain above Provo, Utah. Perfect as a desk piece, shelf display, or wall-mounted decoration for anyone with Utah Valley roots.
Print details:
- Designed to print flat on the plate — no supports needed
- Prints great in a single color (black shown); looks equally sharp in white, navy, or any solid PLA
- Size: ~150mm wide × 94mm tall × 10mm thick (easily scalable in the slicer)
- Print time: ~1 hours on a Bambu Lab A1 at 0.20mm layer height
- Filament: ~60g PLA
Recommended settings:
- Layer height: 0.20mm
- Walls: 3 perimeters
- Infill: 15% (grid or gyroid)
- Supports: none
- Brim: outer brim only, 5mm (recommended for bed adhesion on the thin arms)
Display ideas:
- Flat on a desk or shelf as a standalone piece
- Mounted to a wall with adhesive strips or a simple keyhole slot (easy to add in your slicer)
- Scaled down for a keychain or magnet
Printed and tested on a Bambu Lab A1 with Bambu PLA Basic. Profile included — just load the 3MF and print.
