Parametric cup stacker

This handy everyday helper ensures that your cups can be stacked neatly and in a space-saving manner. Instead of the usual 2–3 cups, you can now stack 4–5 cups, freeing up valuable space for other items.  
The stacker is suitable for both straight and curved cups. Thanks to the stepped design on the top, the cups are automatically centered.

Since the model is parametric, you can easily adjust it to fit your specific cup size. There is also an optional holder that can be adjusted to fit as well.

Print profiles

There are 4 sizes available to fit standard cup sizes. 
The diameter measurement refers to the following dimension:

For the best fit, please measure the diameter of the cup (at the very top) and add 1 mm. For a cup with a diameter of 79 mm, the cup stacker with an 80 mm diameter would be the perfect fit. 

Overview of printing profiles:

• Ø80mm (For cups with a diameter of 78 to 79mm)
• Ø82mm (For cups with a diameter of 80 to 81mm)
• Ø84mm (For cups with a diameter of 82 to 83mm)
• Ø86mm (For cups with a diameter of 84 to 85mm)

There are two versions: one with a cutout for very low-set cup handles, and the standard version for slightly higher-set handles (without a cutout):

Diameter: Just as with the print profiles, please measure the top edge of your cup and add 1 mm.  

Cutout width: For the version with a cutout, you can also adjust the width of the cutout. 

Generator for the optional holder:
 

Please select the same diameter as that of your stackers. In this case, the base of the stand will have the same outer diameter. If you are using stackers of different sizes, you should use the value of the largest stacker for the holder.
 

Pin height:  

Each stacker has a height of 12.7 mm.  

Examples:

4 stackers = 4 x 12.7 = 50.8 mm

6 stackers = 6 x 12.7 = 76.2 mm
