Support Garmin Varia Cube C:68X Air Litening
Print Profile(1)

Description
Since I couldn't find a suitable mount for the Garmin Varia RCT 715 / 716, I decided to model one myself for my Cube C:68X Air Litening.
It consists of 3 printed parts and integrates the original mounting bracket supplied with the Varia.
To avoid scratching the seat post, I added a piece of inner tube around it. In addition to providing protection, it ensures a perfect grip and a secure fit, effectively eliminating all vibrations.
WARNING: I highly recommend using PETG for this print. PETG is flexible enough for assembly and will withstand outdoor heat and direct sunlight without warping.
Hardware Required:
- 2x M3 screws (20mm length)
- 2x M3 screws (22mm or 25mm length)
- 2x M3 nuts
- 4x M3 washers
1x Piece of old inner tube
Assembly Instructions:

A/ Attach the Garmin mount (included with your radar) to the Baseplate (Orange 1) and the Bar (Yellow 2) using two M3 20mm screws and two washers. Tighten securely.
B/ Cut a piece of inner tube and position it on the front section of the seat post (the rear of the post does not need to be covered).
The easiest way to get a perfect fit is to place a wide piece of inner tube around the seat post, slide the Main Body (Blue 3) over it, and then trace around the edges with a pen so you know exactly where to trim.
C/ Slide the Main Body (Blue 3) onto the seat post from the front, slightly deforming it to fit over the inner tube.
D/ Connect the sub-assembly from Step A to the Main Body (Blue 3). Secure everything using two M3 22mm or 25mm screws, two washers, and two M3 nuts.
And there you go! Your radar mount is installed and ready to roll. :)
Feel free to post photos of your makes—I hope this mount works as well for you as it does for me!
