Essential Instructions Before Downloading 

1.    Verified Results: Every one of my music box designs includes an actual performance video on the model page. These works have been verified as functional by tens of thousands of users. 
(Since sound is the most critical aspect of a music box, I understand the frustration of being misled by "silent" models; I provide these videos to ensure your confidence.)

2.    Assembly Matters: Detailed assembly videos are provided for every model. Proper assembly is the deciding factor in achieving correct pitch and melodic clarity.

Mandatory Viewing: Please ensure you watch the videos before downloading. If the videos are unavailable, please let me know.

Technical Precautions & Material Recommendations 

• The Comb: As the core component, if your printed version does not sound as resonant as the demo, please experiment with different filament types. Once you find the right material, you will achieve the same melodic quality shown in the videos.
• Resonance Chamber: The base of this design also functions as a resonance box. Avoid using Matte, Silk, or PETG filaments for this specific part.
• Tolerances: Fitting tolerances vary by filament. If parts are difficult to assemble, please scale the dimensions of the corresponding parts slightly in your slicer based on the actual fit.
• Clips/Fasteners: For the two specific clip components ("comb_fastener.stl" and “partition_fastener_2.stl”), I recommend using PETG if you have it available.
• Prevent squeaking: Apply a small amount of lubricant (any type will do) to the locations shown in the attached diagram. This will reduce the squeaking caused by plastic friction during rotation.
