Description

Side mount for 100mm exhaust pipe on P2S.

Print options:

Plate 1: P2S exhaust clip + 100mm pipe adapter

Plate 2: optional 100mm flow valve

Plate 3: optional ceiling mount (very specific and unlikely to fit yours)

Note: Plate 1 Clip must be printed from PETG/ABS/ASA to avoid loosening. PLA clip will degrade and loosen the grip due to temperature.

Print times and plastic consumption per plate:

Plate 1: 7h, 135g

Plate 2: 6h 40m, 126g

Plate 3: 6h 40m, 117g

Assembly:

P2S Exhaust

1. Join clip and 100mm adapter

2. Connect 100mm pipe

3. Click assembly on the P2S exhaust hole

P2S Exhaust + Valve:

1. Join clip and 100mm adapter

2. Assemble valve (note, it requires 2 M4x10mm or longer screws)

3. Put valve on the 100mm adapter

4. Add tape to seal the connection (optional)

5. Connect 100mm pipe

6. Click assembly on the P2S exhaust hole

Ceiling Mount:

1. Connect 100mm pipe

2. Click assembly on the ceiling mount

3. Add tape to seal the connection (optional)

Pressure Benchmarks:

My setup caused the pressure inside the chamber to be around 5 Pascal lower than the environment. It was measured with two GY-BM 200 sensors. This is strong performance without any other modifications (additional sealing).

Note that this number will largely depend on the exhaust fan/system that you use.
