Portable Antenna Pole Base

Bill of Materials
Description
This is a base designed for telescopic masts and fishing poles used in portable amateur radio deployments. It provides a stable platform that prevents your mast from touching the ground directly, keeping it clean and preventing it from sinking into soft soil.
Features
- Features 4 reinforced corner holes designed for standard tent spikes/pegs to lock the base into the ground.
- The corner holes also serve as attachment points for carabiners, making it easy to clip the base to your pack for transport.
- Keeps the base of your fiberglass or carbon fiber pole away from moisture, dirt, and abrasive terrain.
- Sized for poles with a ~27mm (approx. 1 inch) base diameter.
Print Settings
- Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS are strongly recommended for outdoor use to ensure UV resistance and high impact strength.
- Walls/Infill: I recommend using a high-strength profile (4–6 walls) and 30%+ infill to handle the downward pressure of the mast and the tension of tent spikes.
- Orientation: Print flat on the build plate for maximum surface area and strength.
If your pole base is larger or smaller than 27mm, the model can be resized in Bambu Studio or any other slicer
