Luxor/Longi PLA Fit Test

Can you please create a version without the cutouts? This model is challenging to print with ASA due to the stress caused by the increased fan speed for the overhangs. I had to slow down to 100m/s to get it working anyway. For a usual build you need 20-50 of them, so the reduced reliability and speed loss hurts more than saving a few grams of filament.

Nice clip. Can you add a version for Longi modules? The frame is 30mm x 1.5mm. I was able to fit your clip by shrinking it to 90.9% on the long axis, but this also reduced the thickness of the nose, which is already prone to break away.

Plate 1 is the original and Plate 2 has been shrunk to 90.9% on the Y-axis to fit Longi modules which are 30mm instead of 33mm wide. Only suitable to test fit on your solar module printing in ASA.

Plate 1 is the original and Plate 2 has been shrunk to 90.9% on the Y-axis to fit Longi modules which are 30mm instead of 33mm wide. &nbsp;This profile has been tuned for adhesion and to reduce warping. Use a glue stick, if you struggle. Was not able to print without on textured PEI plate. On a clean engineering plate I was able to get away without glue. &nbsp;Note: This profile has been tuned for reliability over speed. The cut-out hole causes warping with stock profiles due to increased fan speeds for the overhangs.
