Robot Wheel Rubber Tire

Bill of Materials
Description
🛞🤖 I designed these tires for my robotics projects, inspired by pneumatic tires, and set out to create a similar, functional, and adaptable version for robotics prototypes
Coupling:

Rubber Types:

| Type | Application | Feature |
|---|---|---|
| Soft | Light robots and greater damping | More flexibility and shock absorption |
| Stiff | Heavier robots and greater support | Greater rigidity and stability under load |
The rim is printed in PLA and the tire in TPU95, both are assembled with glue for a firm bond. The rim coupling is designed for TT motors, commonly used in projects with Arduino, ESP32, and other DIY developments

I sought a lightweight and functional design for experimenting in various robotics applications 🚀
If you print it, I would love for you to share your experience, tests, or improvements you've made in the comments. It will be great to see how you use it in your projects 🙌
