Description

This is a custom-designed, 3D-printable protective cover for the SanDisk Cruzer Blade. It features a minimalist, snap-fit design that fully encloses the PCB while keeping the form factor slim and portable. Perfect for replacing a broken original casing or giving your drive a fresh, rugged look.

Features

  • Precision Fit: Specifically modeled for the internal PCB of the SanDisk Cruzer Blade.
  • Keychain Ready: Includes a sturdy integrated loop for easy attachment to lanyards or key rings.
  • Two-Piece Design: Easy to assemble and holds securely once snapped together.
  • Minimalist Aesthetic: Clean lines with a textured finish (depending on your print settings).

Print Settings

  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG recommended for extra durability).
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm for a good balance of detail and speed.
  • Infill: 15-20% (Grid or Gyroid).
  • Supports: Not required (designed to print flat on the bed).
  • Wall Loops: 3 for better structural integrity.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the PCB from your original SanDisk Cruzer Blade housing.
  2. Align the PCB inside the main body of the 3D-printed cover.
  3. Snap the top lid into place. (A small drop of superglue can be used for a permanent, extra-secure fit).
